Working closely with the business analysts and operations teams, you will be responsible of processing year-end and investment taxes for our clients.

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain all revenue generated data into non-registered accounts
  • Manage governmental fillings related to year-end taxes
  • Manage the team that generates year-end tax slips for our PEAK Investment and PEAK Securities clients
  • Resolve and analyze issues related to year-end processes as they arise
  • Work closely, and train the Client Service Department to respond to any inquiry related to year-end processes
  • Provide reports to management as required
  • Create and document procedures for the complete year-end process, and update the existing ones
  • Work closely with our providers to innovate processes and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Operation team to develop queries to support and facilitate the processes
  • Collaborate with different teams to develop automated solutions to manual processes

 What we’re looking for

  • College degree or relevant Work experience
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the Tax filing or Year-end processes
  • High level of understanding of securities; distribution processing, ability to analyze Re-Orgs bulletin
  • An excellent understanding and registered products
  • Basic knowledge of database software such as SQL
