As a senior financial services executive, Caron's successful experience spans underwriting, product research, sales management and the development and execution of effective marketing strategies on a national basis. Caron is fluent in English and French and has a wealth of diversified experience. 

PEAK has spent the last five years building a superior insurance infrastructure and assembling an experienced team to serve the independent broker. The addition of personnel, systems, and processes along with support from top insurance companies who believe in PEAK's potential, has prepared PEAK Insurance for expansion.
