If you are a highly motivated individual with a detailed understanding of the whole trade and settlement cycle for Securities Trading, bringing exceptional interpersonal skills, along with technical and business skills to provide superior customer service then the role of Senior Administrator Securities is the job for you.

In this role you will be participating in a team that ensures bonds and equities trades are correctly entered followed by the daily Settlement of trades. You will issue daily trade confirmations and participate in monthly client statements productions. As well as communicate with internal and external auditors.

What you'll do

You will be expected to support the Traders, execute daily Settlement of trades ensuring trades are correctly entered and matched in the clearing systems; investigate unmatched trades /unsettled trades in clearing system, perform daily and monthly reconciliations, dividend and interest payments, Corporate Action-Reorganisation, Debt Securities Transaction Reporting and assist and support your team members.


What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position

Knowledge of Share certificates

Analytical; capable of finding solutions to problems and difficulties encountered

Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure

Exercise discretion in handling confidential files

Proven interpersonal skills.

Demonstrating a strong team spirit

Knowledge of IIROC and MFDA regulations a plus.
