As part of the technology and services team, you willbe responsible for the administration and maintenance of the digital network of PEAK. Overall, you will work with a small but crucial team supporting PEAK toimprove the quality and efficiency of its services through the use oftechnology while assisting employees with any technical issues.

 

What you'lldo

 

Participate in system infrastructure andnetwork projects

Monitor the services and network devices,including the planning and execution of recurrent system maintenance tasks

Configure and test the hardware, thenetworking software and the operating system software

Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve problemsrelated to hardware and software

Provide support for all office servicesrelated to software and/or hardware

Maintain the procedures and dataprotection systems

Install, maintain, update and develop allsoftware related to business activities

Maintain, update and manage the websitedatabases

Provide on-call and off hour supportduring critical periods of system update and maintenance

 

What we’re looking for

College diploma in a related discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operating in thefield of software, hardware, databases, networks and computers

Role success factors

Excellent spoken and written proficiencyin English and French

Prioritising and time management skills

Ability to adapt, be flexible andmulti-task

Strong organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite, and Microsoft SQL (an asset)
