Sessions may be offered in English or French. The agenda will indicate the language for each session. Simultaneous translation will be available during sessions.

Pricing & registration information

How much does registration cost?

Pricing depends on the package selected: with accommodation, without accommodation, shared room with another advisor, room share with your spouse, or evening-only participation.

What are the different packages?

What is included in the Individual with accommodation (3 nights) package?

It includes:
- Hotel accommodation for 3 nights, single occupancy,
- Breakfast on May 20, 21 and 22 (for one person),
- Lunch on May 20 and 21 (for one person),
- Coffee breaks on May 20 and 21 (for one person),
- Themed night on May 20 (for one person),
- Gala night on May 21 (for one person).

What is the registration deadline?

Registration remains open until March 27, 2026.

Can I register for a single day?

Yes. One day packages with and without accommodation are available in the registration platform.

Can I change my package after purchase?

If you need to change your package, please contact the PEAK National Conference organizing team at peakcommunication@peakgroup.com

Can I transfer my ticket to another advisor?

You can purchase a ticket for another PEAK advisor or PEAK assistant and assign it to them directly in the ticketing platform.

How do I receive my registration confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email with details and instructions to create your account.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received on or before March 27 will not incur any fees. Cancellations received after March 27 will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

Are meals included?

Meals depend on your selected package. Our packages typically include breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. Please refer to the package details for full information.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. Networking time is built in between sessions and during the evening events.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are welcome, provided they are registered with one of the available packages.

Can I attend with my spouse?

Yes, your spouse is welcome! We have a program dedicated to them, available at the following link.  When registering, simply select 'Spouse Program' to add it to your ticket.
